摘要
应用数字转换器件AU6802对旋转变压器输出互为正余弦关系的模拟信号进行采样,将其转换成与光电码盘输出一致的数字脉冲信号,以便于各种CPU进行处理。介绍了旋转变压器和AU6802芯片的基本工作原理,研究、设计了旋转变压器与AU6802之间的接口电路,最后应用Multisim软件对接口电路进行仿真分析。实验表明该接口电路性能稳定,可以使电机在开、闭环工作方式下运行,能够准确地实现电机位置、速度的检测,实现了光电码盘的功能,具有较高的应用价值。
Using digital converter AU6802 for sampling the sine & cosine analog signal of magslip' s output and covert it into digital pulse signal to be accordance with optical code output, processing them by any kind of CPU are facilitated. First of all, magslip and digital converter U6802"s basic working principle were introduced, then the interface circuit for them was designed. Finally, Multisim software for simulation of interface circuit was used. Experiment result shows that interface circuit" s performance is steady and can exactly measure the speed and position of the motor working at open, close loop system.
