摘要
教师评价体系是高等学校建设一支高水平教师队伍的重要影响因素,如何建立科学合理的教师评价体系一直是高校师资管理研究的重要课题,目前在这方面仍然缺乏科学系统的研究。作者根据改革开放以来高校教师评价体系的发展实践,通过系统的分析梳理,提出将其发展历程划分为三个阶段,并对每个阶段的特征进行了详细的分析和总结,对于深入研究制定合理的高校教师评价体系有重要的借鉴意义。
Faculty evaluation system plays an important role in developing a pool of high--quality faculty in higher education institutions. How to establish a scientific and effective faculty evaluation system is a key issue in the study of faculty management. China still lacks scientific and systematic studies in this area. The article proposes to divide the development of faculty evaluation system in China into three stages, and gives detailed description and analysis of the characteristics of each stage. This study provides an important basis for research, policy and practice in developing an effective faculty evaluation system.
