服务育人是“三育人”的重要组成部分。服务育人事关教育观念更新、学生全面发展和服务员工职责,意义重大而深远。从我院开展服务育人的实践看,搞好这项带有大局性、重要性和深远性的育人工作,谜底只有一个,那就是“勤”。勤能补拙,勤为人先,勤则为人师。

Serving to educate people, the essential one of the Three Types of Educating People, is of so much significance that it involves renewal of educational views, students＇ all-round development and the stall＇s duty. From the practice and experience of our serving to educate people, the unique knack of the great job for educating people is Industriousness, by which slow-mindedness can be made up and by which one can take the lead and work as a teacher to others.
