Empirically Analysis of Investment Expenditure Structure in the Financial System of Chinese Rural Compulsory Education

本文从农村义务教育财政体制投资支出结构现状出发,采取定性与定量的方法对农村义务教育财政体制投资支出结构变化趋势进行了实证分析,对我国农村义务教育投资支出结构特征进行了研究,以达到合理分配投资支出结构,促进农村义务教育的快速协调发展。

Under the financial system of division-tax system and the management system of rural compulsory education of division-grade system, perfecting investment expenditure structure in the financial system of rural compulsory education will have very important significance to the development of the financial system of rural compulsory education. Because of indirect quality of investment and effect in the expense of rural compulsory education, every investment main parts are going to in search of their own interest scopes in the demand and supply of rural compulsory expense. It will have a very important affect on the investment expenditure structure in the financial system of rural compulsory education. By adopting the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the paper analyze empirically the development trend and put forward the characteristic of investment expenditure structure of rural compulsory education in order to perfect investment expenditure structure and prompt the development of rural compulsory education.
