摘要
在基因突变中,小突变较大突变发生率要高。其中,小插入与小缺失突变的频率随突变碱基数的增加而递减。通过对HGMD的数据分析,这一突变频数的递减具有与小插入和小缺失突变碱基数的平方成反比的趋势。
Small mutations including single nucleotide substitutions, small insertions, and small deletions, are the major portion in genetic variations. It has been recognized that the frequencies of small insertions and small deletions decay quickly with the increase of the size of the inserted or deleted sequences. Based on the analysis of HGMD, an exponential decay of the size distributions of the small insertions and deletions is revealed in association with the number of nucleotides inserted or deleted.
