应用印模复位法展示喉、气管周围血管网多层构筑

The Exhibition of Several Layer Vascular Plexus Around the Throat and Weasand With Impression Positioning

目的探讨一种新的精确定位喉、气管周围血管网的展示方法。方法采用新鲜材料明胶灌注、X线摄像、Photoshop的层面处理技术,并结合透明、拼接、剪裁等多种功能图像处理,局部防腐、分部解剖、印模复位以及神经黄染等技术进行标本设计与制作。结果成功设计出喉、气管周围血管网多层构筑,结构展示较清晰,外观较精美。结论印模复位法提供了直观咽喉、气管局部解剖学基础。展示的结构能供临床喉、气管显微手术和微创手术研究参考。

Objective To explore a new exhibition method that can locate the position of vascular plexus around the throat and weasand. Methods Fresh material gelatin filling, X ray photograph, Photoshop disposal technology were employed, and combined with manifold image disposal , such as transparency, splicing and scissoring, and local embalmment, subsection anatomise, and nerve yellow- dying to make sample design. Results The manifold layer of vascular plexus around the throat and weasand was designed successfully, the structure exhibition was clear, and the appearance was delicate. Conclusion This research provides a direct anatomise image of the throat and weasand and the structure exhibition can provide research reference for clinical microoperation of the throat and weasand.
