白藜芦醇甙对大鼠急性肺损伤模型的保护机制

摘要 目的研究白藜芦醇甙(PD)对休克大鼠肺损伤的干预机制。方法将休克性肺损伤大鼠随机分为4组:单纯手术组、内毒素休克组、PD预防组和PD治疗组,检测肺系数、肺组织肺通透指数(LPI)、肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中蛋白含量及磷脂酶A2(PLA2)活性,观察肺组织病理切片。结果PD预防组和治疗组中LPI、BALF中蛋白含量、PLA2较对照组明显降低;PD可明显减轻内毒素休克性肺损伤的程度。结论白藜芦醇甙对大鼠内毒素休克性肺损伤具有保护作用,且预防性用药效果更佳。 Objective To investigate the interfered effects of Polydatin on endotoxic shock - induced lung injury in rots. Methods The endotoxic shock model of rats were randomly divided into 4 groups as sham operation group, endotoxic shock group, Polydatin treatment group and Polydatin pretreatment group. The lung coefficient (LC) ,the lung penetrated index(LPI), protein content of BALF and the activity of PLA2 were determined. Results The activity of PLA2, LC, LPI and protein content of BALF in Polydatin treatment groups were lower than those in sham operation groups. The degree of endotoxic shock - induced lung injury can be eased by Polydatin. Conclusion The protection effect of Polydatin on acute lung injury is remarkable, and the prophylactic effect is better than the therapeutical effects.
