小儿脑性瘫痪的CT表现及临床意义

The CT Manifestations and Clinical Significance of Child Cerebral Palsy

目的探讨脑性瘫痪的CT改变及临床意义。方法对临床已经诊断为脑性瘫痪的141例患儿进行CT检查,并分析其异常改变。结果脑CT异常率58.9%。其CT异常主要表现为:脑萎缩、脑室扩大、脑积水、脑内软化灶、脑发育畸形及混合改变。结论脑萎缩是脑性瘫痪最常见的CT表现。脑性瘫痪患儿CT检查能为临床治疗及判断预后提供可靠的科学依据。

Objective To study the CT manifestations and clinical significance of child cerebral palsy. Methods 141 children diaognosised as cerebral palsy were treated with CT scanning and their abnormal CT menifestations were analyzed. Results Of all the cases studied, 58.9 % were abnormal. Their CT images manifested encephalatrophy, expansion of ventricles of brain, hydrocephalus, cerebromalacia, cerebral maldevelopment, and mixed features. Conclusion Ecephalatrophy is the most common manifestation of cerebral palsy. The CT scanning of child cerebral palsy provides reliable scientific reference for clinical treatment and prognosis.
