单鼻孔直接经蝶窦入路手术治疗垂体腺瘤16例

The Experiences of the Treatment in Patients With Pituitary Adenoma via Direct Monorhinic Transsphenoidal Microsurgery

目的探讨垂体腺瘤经单鼻孔-蝶窦显微手术的方法及经验。方法经单鼻孔蝶窦显微外科切除垂体腺瘤。结果16例全部术后自我感觉轻松,并且术后恢复快、并发症少。结论经单鼻孔蝶窦显微手术创伤小是治疗垂体腺瘤安全、有效的一种方法。

Objective To study the methods and the experiences of pituitary adenoma monorhinic endonasal transsphenoidal approach. Methods Microsurgery was performed in 16 ary adenoma via direct monorhinic transsphenoidal approach , the effects of treatment were inv resection via direct patients with pituitestigated. Results All patients felt fine after the operation, the injuries, the postoperative reactions and the complications are less. Conclusions Via monorhinic transsphenoidal approach is efficacious, safe and less injured.
