银杏叶提取物与甲钴胺联用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变

The Effect of Extracts of Gingko Biloba Combined with Mecobalamin on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:观察银杏叶提取物与甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:选择2型糖尿病并伴有不同程度周围神经病变临床症状患者88例,随机分为两组,治疗组46例,予银杏叶提取物(舒血宁)25m l加入0.9%氯化钠溶液250m l静滴,每天一次,同时予甲钴胺500μg肌肉注射,每天一次,对照组42例,单用甲钴胺500μg肌肉注射,每天一次,连续治疗4周。观察两组患者治疗前后症状、体征和神经生理学指标。结果:治疗组症状、体征明显改善(P<0.01),神经传导速度明显增加(P<0.01),具有显著性差异;对照组在神经症状、体征及神经传导速度方面也有改善(P<0.05)。结论:银杏叶提取物与甲钴胺联用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变比单用甲钴胺疗效更好。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of extracts of gingko biloba combined with mecobalamin on the diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： The treatment group, 46 cases, was given extracts of gingko biloba 25 ml added with 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 ml q.d. VD. in combination with Mecobalamin 500 ug q.d. ira. at the same time. for 4 weeks. The control group, 42 cases, was given Mecobalamin alone in the same dosage as for the treatment group. Observe the changes of the symptoms, signs and electromyography in the groups. Result ： The symptoms and sings were obviously improved （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the speed of nerve conducts obviously increased （P 〈0.01 ）, there is obvious difference in the treatment group; The symptoms, signs and speed of nerve conducts also had the improvement（P 〈 0.05） in the matched control group. Conclusion： The curative effect of extracts of gingko biloba combined with mecobalamin on the diabetic peripheral neuropathy is better than that of Mecobalamin alone.
