严重退变性膝骨关节病联合手术疗法

Surgical therapeutic alliance of the severly retrograde affection of the knee joint

目的:采用多种手术方式联合治疗严重膝骨关节病。方法:68例(80膝)严重膝骨关节病采用膝关节腔清理术、硬化骨切除钻孔减压术或开窗术、胫骨高位截骨术、胫骨结节前移术等多种术式组合的方法进行治疗。其中55例(62膝)获得平均5年1个月的随诊,对其疗效进行评价。结果:优40膝,占64.5%,良16膝,占25.9%,可6膝,占9.6%,无差级,优良率达90.4%。结论:多种术式的联合应用治疗严重膝骨关节病具有缓解疼痛,提高步行能力及恢复关节活动度的良好效果。

Objective ： Several surgical methods were applied to treat the severly retrograde affection of the knee joint. Methods ：68 cases of severly retrograde affection of the knee joint were treated with arthoxesis, resection and boring decompression or fenestration of selerosed bone, high tibia osteotomy, tibial nod antedisplacement. 55 eases （62 joints） were followed up 5 years and 1 month averagely. Results： The excellent rate was 64.5% with 40 joints, the good rate was 25.9% with 16 joints, the fair rate was 9.6% with 6 joints, and rio poor joint. The excellent and good rate was 90.4%. Conclusion ： Combined application of several surgical methods can help relieve pain, improve walking ability, and regain activity of knee joint.
