老年人胃-食管返流病致哮喘误诊心衰加重10例分析

Analysis on the old patients suffering from Gastro-esophageal reflux disease with paroxysm of asthma

目的:探讨胃-食管返流病与哮喘、心衰加重的关系。方法:对10例慢性心衰合并胃-食管返流病患者进行了临床观察研究。结果:老年人胃-食管返流病(GERD)可导致哮喘样发作,易误诊为心衰加重。结论:应重视慢性心衰患者胃-食管返流病的防治。

Objectives：TO investigate the relationship between Gastro - esophageal reflux disease, asthma and chronic Heart failtare. Methods ： Ten chronic heart failure patients who suffered from Gastro - esophageal reflux disease were researched from the viewpoint of clinical observation the therapeutic effect of rosec on the paroxysm of asthma which was aroused by Gastro - esophageal refluxdisease was satisfied. Results ：the old patients who suffered from Gastro- esophageal reflux disease can induce the paroxysm of asthma. But it can be easy to mistake for aggravation of Chronic heart failure. Conclusion： the prevention and treatment of the patients who had heart failure and Gastroesophageal reflux disease must be emphasized.
