摘要
阐述了人力资源的内涵,指出加强对人才进行预测分析,准确地确定人才的需求量,是开发人力资源、提高组织中人员效绩的重要前提,分析了人力投资的问题,提出了构筑人才资源高地的若干措施。
This paper expounds the connotation of the human resource, points out that strengthening the forecast and analysis on the talents and making accurate determination of the demanded talents quantity are the important precondition of improving the performance of the personnel in the organization, analyzes on the problem of the human investment, and puts forward some measures for building the highland of the human resource.
