摘要
面对窃电范围不断扩大、重大窃电案件不断发生,电力执法中的难度不断增大的现状,提出了多种形式的防窃电的有效措施。
Facing the present situation that the scope of the power stealing is expanded continuously, the heavy cases of power stealing occur continuously and the difficulty of the enforcement on the power stealing is increased continuously, this paper puts forward the effective measures for the power stealing prevention.
