摘要
给出了目前许多冶金、煤焦企业在综合利用高炉、焦炉混合煤气满足生产过程需要时存在混合气压力、热值不稳状态的解决方案,指出在混合煤气站应用复合智能控制器可达到改善煤气热工性能、提高产品质量的目的。
This paper presents a scheme for solving the problem of that the pressure and heat value of the mixed gas are not stable when the metallurgic and coal-tar enterprises make comprehensive utilization of the blast furnace and cokeoven mixed gas to meet the needs of the production, and points out that the application of the compound intellectual controller in the mixed gas station can improve the thermal characteristics and quality of the gas product.
