根据黄河小北干流河段工程建设与管理的实践,对业主方、设计单位、施工企业、监理单位在工程建设中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了解决的对策和办法。

Based on the practice of the construction and management of the project of Yellow River＇s Small Northern Trunk Stream, this paper analyzes on the problems of the owner, design unit, construction enterprise and monitoring unit existing in the project construction, and puts forward some countermeasures and methods for solving these problems.
