The Rational Considerations about the Consultant Talents of University Library

针对目前高校参考咨询事业的现状,分析了咨询人才匮乏的原因,提出了高校图书馆咨询人才培养及高校图书馆咨询事业可持续发展的建议。

In the light of the present situation of the consultaney cause of university, this paper analyzes on the causes of the shortage of the consultant talents, and puts forward the suggestions on paying attention to the cultivation of the consuhant talents of university library and the sustainable developnlent of the consultant cause of university library.
