浅谈高校图书馆的流通管理工作

对高校图书馆流通管理工作进行了探讨,分析了高校图书馆流通工作中存在的问题,提出了若干使流通工作日益完善,为教学科研更好服务的措施,如建立有效的规章制度,改进服务方式,做好流通统计与导读工作,加强员工责任心和提高人员素质等。

This paper probes into the circulation managelnent of the urliversity library, analyzes on the problems existing in the circulation work of the university library, and puts forward some measures for perfecting the circulation work and serving the teaching and sci-tech research such as establishing effective rules and regulations, improving the service lnode, doing well the circulation statistics and reading guidance, strengthen the responsibility sense of the personnel, and ilnprove the quality of the personnel, etc.
