Discussion on the Agricultural Water Rights in Shanxi Province

针对大量农业用水通过不同途径转为非农用途,加剧了农业水资源短缺的现状,探讨了农业水权的界定和特征,并就农业水权的分配进行了详细的论述,在吸取国外经验的基础上,提出了保障山西省农业水权的方法和建议。

In the light of the present situation that the large quantity of agricultural water is put into the nonagricuhural application through different channels and the shortage of agricultural water resources is sharpening, this paper probes into the definition and features of the agricultural water rights, makes detailed discussion on the distribution of the agricultural water rights, and based on the experiences of the foreign countries, puts forward some methods and suggestions on guaranteeing the agricultural water rights of Shanxi Province.
