摘要
根据实际生产过程的温度特性,针对时滞和不确定的复杂非线性系统的控制问题,提出了一种新型的混沌PID控制方案,并应用于电阻炉的温度控制。仿真结果表明算法使用可靠、精度高,而且具有较强的抗干扰能力和较好的鲁棒性,优于常规的PID控制与模糊控制。
According to the temperature characteristic of the real production process, and in view of skewing and uncertain complicated non-linear control problem systematically, this paper puts forward a new kind of chaos-PID control scheme and the temperature control applied in the resistance furnace. A simulation result shows that the algorithm is of reliability, high precision and strong ability of anti-interfere and robustness, and it is much better than that of common PID control and Fuzzy control technique.
