It is an internal requirement to set up a long-lasting practice of keeping advanced of CPC members and to enforce the administration of CPC, which comes from the experiences of frequent education and concentrated education of CPC members, and which is required by the vanguard role and advancement of CPC members in the changing situation. It is required to set up a long-lasting practice of keeping advanced in order to get thing done properly. To fulfill the task, we have to get down to it, getting the right approach creatively and efficiently.
