摘要 喷墨印刷可称之为当前发展最快的印刷技术。为了提高喷墨印刷的质量和扩大喷墨印刷的适用范围,人们正在进行大量的研究和开发工作。本文概要介绍喷墨技术的特点及原理;阐述了喷墨墨滴的产生方法、喷墨油墨以及喷墨介质的性能要求;同时指出了喷墨技术的新进展及其在电子元件中的应用。 Ink jet printing is probably the fastest growing technology at the present time. A vast amount of research and development is ongoing to improve the quality of the technology and the range of products on which it can, be used. The character and principle of the ink-jet printing technologies were introduced. Several key points were introduced, such as the ways of producing the droplets of ink, the styles of ink jet inks and substrate for ink-jet printing of ink-jet printing technology. In the meantime the last progress and applications in electronic organs of ink-jet printing were also pointed out.
