摘要
介绍了通过羊毛改性赋予羊毛纤维防缩性能的几种方法:物理方法有羊毛拉细、低温等离子体处理法;化学方法有鳞片减量法和树脂增量法,其中减量法中的生物酶处理法具有对纤维损伤程度小、符合环保要求的特点。重点讨论了生物酶在羊毛改性中的作用机理和生物酶处理对羊毛染色性能、服用性能以及织物强力的影响,并对目前羊毛酶处理技术中存在的问题及其研究方向进行了分析。
Several methods of wool modification are introduced in this paper, such as physical methods by plasma treatment or thinning-down the wool, chemical methods by wool scale deweighting or resin weighting. Among them, proteinase method features lower damnifieation to the fiber and ecloagieal advantage. The mechanism of proteinase in wool modifying and the influence of proteinase on dyeing, strength and dress properties are mainly discussed. The problems and research tendency of proteinase in wool modification are analyzed as well.
