摘要
传统的单层羊毛织物结构稳定性差,而双层毛织物因其双层结构可以改善传统单层毛织物的服用性能。文章介绍了一种新的设计方法,这种方法是根据织物的经向横截面图找出经纱的运动规律,适应包括双层毛织物在内的多层毛织物的设计,并用实例介绍了此方法的应用。
The structure stability of the traditional single-layer wool fabric is not good. The double-woven wool fabric, because of its double-layer structure, can improve wear properties of traditional single-layer wool fabric, such as the size stability and the frictional resistance. When designing weaving process, the designer generally uses the traditional design method, but it can' t describe the structure of the fabric directly and can' t adapt to the design of double-layer or multi-layer weave .This article proposes a new design method. This method is according to the picture of the warp section of fabric to find out the movement rule of warp, is adapt to the design of the double-layer or muhi-layer wool fabric .It introduces the application of this method through an example.
