摘要
采用以芽繁芽的繁殖方式，对直干桉的组培从无菌培养物的建立，试管苗的繁殖到诱导生根及幼苗移栽进行了一系列的试验研究，筛选出了各阶段培养所需的培养基，摸索出了幼苗移栽所需的条件。
A series of tests of E.maidenii on establishment of asepsis culture materials,propa-gation of test一tube seedlings,rooting induction and seedlings transplant have been carriedout.The paper has reported the proper media for each culture stages,the optimum conditionsfor seedlings tranplant,which will play a great part in propagation of improved variety ofE. maidenii.
