摘要 针对STR驱动桥总成的综合性能测试和制动器磨合试验,开发了驱动桥总成综合试验台计算机控制系统。为保证系统的高稳定性、高抗干扰性,使检测的数据符合技术指标,采用了以工控机、PLC为主组成的计算机检测系统。工控机采用工控组态软件开发,主要承担监测和管理任务;PLC采用语句表语言编程,主要实现实时数据采集和自动控制功能。重点介绍检测系统组成原理、控制线路、控制系统的主要特点及相关技术,阐述了传感器和控制器选用原则,以及工控机、PLC控制软件的设计和具体实现技术。系统已通过验收,检测的数据符合技术指标,经济效益明显。 The control system of total comprehensive performance trial on drive bridge is developed on the basis of total comprehensive performance trials of STR drive and grinding trials of arrestors. The inspecting system is mainly composed of industrial computer and PLC so as to guarantee high stability and high anti-interference force, and to make the data of the examination match the technique index sign. Working principle, controlling circuit and main characteristics of the control system are introduced. The choosing principles of sensors and controllers, the design and realization techniques of controlling software of industrial computer and PLC are also introduced. The industrial computer, developed by industry-control configuration software is mainly responsible for supervision and management of the system. And PLC programmed by sentence table is mainly responsible for real-time collecting data and automatic controlling of the system, The system is tested successfully, and the inspected data meets technique index requested. And its economic performance is obvious.
