摘要
借鉴社区购物中心和便利超市的成功经验,提出了一种新型的社区商业业态形式:迷你零售中心。对其意涵、经营和运作特点、竞争优势等进行了初步探讨。
Referencing the successful experience of community shopping center and convenience market, the paper originally suggests a new community commerce model: community mini retail center. The meaning, characteristics, operating mode and competitive advantage of community mini retail center are discussed.
