摘要
通过对我国现行法学教学模式的考察,找出我国现行法学教学模式的弊端并分析原因,在借鉴美国诊所式实践性法律教学模式的基础上,提出建构高等职业法学教育的实践性教学模式,培养理论与实践相结合的法律人才的方式和方法。
