摘要
武汉铁路枢纽地处京广通道和沪汉蓉沿江经济带的交叉点,是铁路快速路网中心之一,衔接五个方向的铁路大型枢纽。为解决武汉铁路枢纽内过江通道能力不足、客运系统现状不能适应京广客运专线和沪汉蓉快速通道引入、解编能力不足的矛盾“,十一五”期间,武汉铁路枢纽有八大工程相继开工建设,各建设项目相互交错,工期相互影响。为使各建设项目协调进行,制定全面的施工组织计划,分析控制枢纽施工的各种因素,抓住重点控制工程,是确保武汉铁路枢纽按时建成通车的关键。
Wuhan railway terminal is on the crossing of Beijing-Guangzhou thoroughfare and Shanghai & Wuhan & Chengdu river-shore economic zone. As one of rapid railway network centers, it links up large railway terminals of five directions. In order to solve problems such as short capacity of trans-river thoroughfare of Wuhan railway terminal, during 11th Five-Year, there will be eight projects on Wuhan railway terminal. The key point of ensuring on time open-to-traffic of Wuhan railway terminal, is to establish overall construction organization plan, to analysis every factor in terminal construction, and to control main projects, so as to coordinate all the construction projects.
