氟伐他汀对血小板数量、平均血小板体积、血小板分布宽度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察他汀类降脂药在降脂中对血小板的数量(PT)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、平均血小板体积(MPV)的影响。方法自身对照方法对50例单纯高胆固醇血症者服用氟伐他汀40μg/d,治疗前后采血进行PT、MPV与PDW测定对比,并应用SPSS统计分析。结果氟伐他汀治疗4周后患者的PT、MPV、PDW无明显变化(P>0·05)。结论对PT、MPV、PDW没有影响,且副作用小,可供临床治疗考虑。
