痰热清注射液治疗急性支气管炎临床疗效观察

The Clinical Observations of Tanreqing Injection on Acute Bronchus

目的观察痰热清注射液治疗急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法210例急性支气管炎患者随机分为痰热清组和对照组,分别加用痰热清注射液和0.9%氯化钠溶液,两组均同时使用头孢他定注射液,比较治疗7d后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的变化及治疗总有效率。结果治疗前两组患者血清TNF-α水平及年龄间差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05),治疗后,痰热清组不仅血清TNF-α较对照组比较显著降低(P<0.05),而且治疗的总有效率与对照组相比差异亦有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论急性支气管炎患者在抗生素治疗同时加用痰热清注射液能加强抗感染作用,缩短疗程,是治疗急性支气管炎的有效药物。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection on acute bronchus. Methods 210 patients diagnosed acute bronchus were randomly divided into two groups, Tanreqing group and control group. Both of them received ceftazidime treatment in addition to Tanreqing injection or 0. 9% sodium chloride respectively. After 7 days, we compared their levels of serum TNF - α and total efficiency. Results There were no significant difference on the levels of serum TNF - α and age between two groups before treatment （ P 〉 0. 05） ; After treatment Tanreqing group had not only lower levels of serum TNF -α but also higher efficiency than control group significantly （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Tameqing injection can increase the antibacterial effect and shorten the course of acute bronchus, So Tanreqing injection is an effective drug on acute bronchus.
