摘要
采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等方法对比分析了熔融法生物玻璃45S5与溶胶-凝胶法生物玻璃58S及77S的体外生物矿化性能,对它们表现出来的生物矿化性能差异进行初步的机理研究。结果表明,这3种生物玻璃中,58S具有最好的生物矿化性能,在37℃的模拟体液(simulated body fluid,SBF)中浸泡反应8h即能在表面矿化形成结晶度较好的碳酸羟基磷灰石(HCA)。
The biomineralization properties of the melt-derived bioglass 45S5 and the ,sol-gel derived bioactive glasses 58S and 77S in vitro were comparatively investigated by using XRD, FTIR and SEM techniques, The mechanism that led to the different biomineralization properties among three types of bioglass was further discussed. It indicats that 58S possesses the highest bloactivity among the three biomaterials. The hydroxyl-carbonate-apatite (HCA)crystal could be formed on the surface of 58S after immersion for 8h in SBF solution at 37℃ .
