摘要
采用 Cr+Al-Y 合金粉末,通过激光表面熔化,对 Ni 基高温合金 M17表面改性处理,观察改性层的显微组织、相组成、成分分布,讨论激光加工条件的影响。活性元素 Y 总是伴随元素Al 存在,并在表层及其内部发生局部分离偏聚。
Laser surface modifying of as-cast Ni-based superalloy with Y-alloy pow-der was conducted and mictrostructure,phase composition,element profile of the layerformed have also been examined.The effects of laser processing condition on alloying pro-cess were discussed in relation to the distribution of element Y.It was inter ested to noticethat the reactive element Y existed in the alloyed layer along with element Al and it locallysegregates within the alloyed layer or in the top surface layer.
