Patients with indwelling urinary catheter were prone to get urinary system infection in clinic. So it is important for clinical nursing to take effective measures to decrease urinary system infection for these cases. To provide a scientific base for nursing staff in clinical practice, this article expatiated mainly rome related studies and results regarded to bladder washout to prevent urinary system infection for Patients with indwelling urinary catheter.
