摘要
通过对目前施工企业实施低成本战略中存在问题的分析，探讨了针对这些问题的应对措施，并提出了较为科学的解决办法。
This paper describe the existing is the construction enterprise when actualizing the low cost stratagem. Aimed at these problems, several replying atrategies are discussed and relatively seientific resolvents are also proposed.
