摘要
在分析林火指挥扑救目标的基础上,采用RS、GIS、DSS等技术,通过模糊数据开采方法设计了林火指挥扑救决策支持系统,系统能实时进行林火行为的模拟预测,形成扑火力量集结方案,为林火指挥扑救提供决策支持方案。该系统已成功运行于广州市森林防火指挥中心。
Supported by RS, GIS, DDS, A decision support system for rapidly finding forest fire and drawing up a forest fire suppression plan was designed and implemented through using FDM. As direct system for forest fire manager, The DSS cannot only forecast the real - time fire action but also shape the concentrating scheme of suppression force. Thus the decision support project of forest fire suppression and dictation is provided the system has already been used practically in GuangZhou forest fire prevention direct center.
