试论日本历史认识形成的教育及文化因素

A Tentative View on the Educational and Cultural Factors in the Formation of Japan’s Historical Conception

历史认识问题成为当前困扰中日关系的首要问题。仅从文化方面讲,中日两国对历史问题的认识角度确实存在差异,但是这一说法无法成为让中国人理解日本政府否认历史甚至篡改历史的理由。中国民众对历史问题的敏感反应让许多日本人无法理解,直接导致了日本民众对中国持友好态度人数比例的下降。我想大多数中国人并不希望看到中日之间的矛盾升级到无法挽回的地步,我们决不推卸责任,但也不会放弃立场,本文仅就日本的历史文化教育对其国民历史认识的影响加以论述,希望能尽快找到解决问题的方法,达成共识。

The issue of historical conception has already become the first and foremost problem that troubles the current Sino-Japanese relations. Cultural differences, although they do exist in how history should be regarded and treated, can not become the excuse for the Japanese government to deny historic questions and even alter historic facts. Many Japanese people may find it hard to understand Chinese people＇s sensitive reaction to historic issues between the two countries, which has directly led to the decrease of the number of Japanese people who are friendly towards China. The overwhelming majority of Chinese people never wish to see Sino-Japanese relations continuously deteriorate. They never will abdicate their responsibilities, neither will they compromise their historical stand. Their only wish is to find a way for the solution to the existing problems and for a mutual understanding as soon as possible through the consideration of the influence of Japan＇s historical and cultural education upon the historical conception of the Japanese citizens.
