摘要 高原缺氧环境的刺激将导致机体产生一系列有利于耐力运动员提高运动能力的适应性生理反应,然而高原低氧也会对机体产生一些不利影响,如何充分利用高原低氧的有利效应,减少其不利效应是高原训练的核心问题。经过多年的研究与实践,目前高原训练已经成为提高耐力项目成绩的有效方法。综述了高原训练实践中的高度、持续时间、种类、训练后效应、对象和高原训练的伦理学等问题。 The stimulus of hypoxia of high altitude will lead to a series of adaptive physical reactions to improve physical performance for endurance sportsman, but hypoxia is also of some harmful effects.The key factor during high altitude training is how to take advantage of the beneficial effects and how to avoid the harmful effects of hypoxia. High altitude training is an effective way to improve endurance performance after many years of research and practice, This article rcviewed the following aspects in high altitude training: height, duration, training, method, effects after training, subjects and ethics for high altitude training.
