试论我国地市本科院校办学模式的社会化

On Socialization in School―Running Model of Local University

从社会主义市场经济与教育关系的视角看,我国地市本科院校办学模式社会化既有政府扶持、文化落差、地域地缘等方面的优势,也有办学基础薄弱、办学条件较差、经费投入严重不足等方面的弱势。借鉴国外地方高校办学模式社会化的成功经验,要改进和完善我国地市本科院校办学模式的社会化,必须更新领导观念、找准办学定位、办出学校特色。

From the angle of the relationship between socialist market economy and education, the local universities enjoy the advantages of government support, cultural disparities and regional difference and have the disadvantages of poor basis and condition of school -running and lack of funds. In view of the successful experience of foreign school-running mode, the ideas of leadership must be renewed to improve the socialization in school-running mode universities.
