A Survey Study of the Construction of New Socialist Rural Area of Linyi City

对临沂市农村社会经济情况的问卷调查结果表明:当前,临沂市农村精神文明建设还显滞后,农民意识落后,观念陈旧;农业产业化水平低,运作机制不健全,农民靠农业增收的后劲不足;农村资金外流,生产资金短缺。因此,要积极推进农村精神文明建设,大力加强农村“两委”班子建设,加快发展农村教育事业,进一步加大农业发展资金的支持力度,加快农业产业化进程,发展规模经济,完善农村社会保障体系。

As is shown by a survey study of the economy situation of Linyi rural area, the construction of spiritual civilization in Linyi rural area lags behind at present, with peasants full of obsolete ideas; the agriculture is not well industrialized and the operating mechanism is not perfect so that peasants are short of stamina to increase the income through agriculture; the current fund for production is insufficient in the rural area as much of it has flowed out. As a result, it is necessary to positively advance the spiritual civilization construction of the rural area, strengthen the construction of the ＂two committees＂, speed up the development of rural education, further enlarge the fund support for the agricultural development, speed up the agricultural industrialization, develop economies of scale and perfect social security system of the rural area.
