利用Green第一公式给出了圆域上Neumann外问题存在解的充分必要条件,然后利用本征函数法给出了问题的求解过程和解的具体形式,最后利用极值原理说明了问题解的唯一性。

This paper will be concerned with the Neumann problems on the area of the outer circle. First the writer shows us the necessary and the sufficient conditions to solve the problem with the first formula of Green. Then, he shows us the process of solving the problem and the specific form of the answer by the eigenfunction .Finally he explains the uniqueness of the answer of the problem by extreme value principle
