摘要
对西北师范大学体育学院2003级健美操专项选修课女生184人进行研究发现,经过一年的健美操专项选修课学习与锻炼,女大学生5项身体素质水平均有所提高,且都有显著性差异。其中800m跑和仰卧起坐成绩的提高具有非常显著的差异,这与相关研究的结果相一致,说明健美操锻炼可以有效地促进女大学生身体素质的全面发展。
The study, on 184 female colleges students in the School of Physical Education of Northwest Normal University who select calisthenics as their optional courses, shows that the involved students" physical constitution has apparently improved after one year's learning of and training in calisthenics, which, agreeing with the rele- vant research, indicates that callisthenic training can promote the overall development of female college students physical constitution effectively.
