摘要
采用问卷调查、文献资料和数据统计、比较等方法,对天水师范学院教师身体健康状况与体育活动的现状进行了调查。结果表明:天水师范学院教师的健康状况总体上良好,但在30￣50岁这个年龄段的教师健康状况令人堪忧,教师参与健身活动的现状不容乐观。影响天水师范学院教师参与健身活动的因素主要是没有余暇时间等;针对调查结果提出了相应对策与建议。
The survey of the teacher＇s health conditions and their participation in physical exercises has been made through questionnaires, reference books and statistics. The result shows that their health conditions are worrying, and they don＇t take as much physical exercises as they need to .The main reason for this is that they have no time to do exercises. Suggestions are put forward according to the result.
