摘要
对210mm壁厚的反应堆压力容器模拟锻件的树枝状偏析和显微组织进行了研究.结果表明,在靠近内、外壁区域,树枝状偏析结构被充分锻碎;合金元素在树枝状骨架间存在着严重的偏析,骨架间Mo元素的浓度是骨架上的2~5倍;从模拟环锻件的外壁到心部,钢的显微组织经过了从马氏体→下贝氏体→上贝氏体→粒状贝氏体的变化;碳化物形态由均匀分布的球状、细小碳化物变成在晶粒和板条间界析出的粗大、条状碳化物.
The microstructure of SAS08-3CL steel forging for reactor pressure vessel was studied. The results show that the dendritic segregation is fully broken in the forging near inner and outer wall.Alloying elements are heavy segregation in the dendritic framese.The compositio of Mo between the frames is as 2 to 5 times as that on the frames.From outer to center of the foring,the microstructure is changed from martensite with tiny dispersive carbides to lower bainite,upper bainte,and granular bainite with coarse and strip carbides.
