Research Progress on Practical Measurement of Residual Stress in Coatings

针对常用的金属材料涂层,综述了当前一些可行的检测金属涂层中残余应力的方法,重点阐述了弯曲法、钻孔法、X射线衍射法、中子衍射法和喇曼光谱法的基本原理及应用情况。

Some practical measuring methods for determining the residual stresses in metallic coatings were reviewed. The testing principles and application status of bending method, hole drilling method, X-ray diffraction method, neutron diffraction method and raman spectrum method were mainly introduced.
