摘要
为了解决烧结机台车端部漏风问题,研制开发了烧结机台车侧密封装置。该装置由膜盒、膜片、阻尼阀、杠杆联动机构、密封杆、密封材料以及限位支撑套等构成,通过台车底部的负压吸动膜盒的膜片产生位移,使密封材料自动压紧覆盖住台车端部的漏风间隙。生产实践证明,烧结机台车端部漏风率大幅度降低,年效益达2100万元。
In order to solve the air leakage in the end of sintering pallet,the side seal on sintering pallet is developed. This sot consists of bellows, diaphragm, damping valve, lever linkage seal pole, seal material and limited-supporting bush etc. The displacement produced by the negative pressure of the pallet bottom to absorb the diaphragm in the bellows makes seal material impact and over the leakage clearance automatically. The production practices show that the leakage rate is reduced largely and the benefits reaches 21000 thousand per year.
