Through analyzing the manufacture status of the blast furnace cooling wall, applying the similar principle of group technology and according to the partial comparability or the comparability of production process, the parts are classified to groups. Then group tool set-up which is suitable for group parts is designed. Therefore the manufacture cycle is shortened and the efficiency is increased, making the small-scale production gain the economy benefits of Similar batch production.
