摘要
针对爆破效果不理想、二次爆破工作量大、对边坡的扰动破坏严重等问题,分析认为,山东镁矿西采区是岩石坚硬的露天矿,且岩体结构不稳定,在临近边坡爆破中,不宜采用预裂爆破。通过改进爆破的孔网参数、装药量与装药结构、起爆顺序等,从而形成了光面爆破。结果表明,光面爆破形成的坡面平整,产生的破坏小,爆破效果好。
Pointing at the bad blasting effect, large secondary blasting quantity and strict disturbance destroy for the side slope ete, analysis malize that the western mining area of Shandang magnesite mine is the open-pit mine in which the rock is firm and the reck structure is unstable and at the blasting near the side slope, the presplit blasting should not be adopted. By improving parameters of the blasting hole, the charge, charging structure and the priming order etc, the smooth blasting is formed. The results show the forming slope is flat produced destroy is small and blasting effect is good.
