摘要
由于焦化厂酚氰污水中CODcr、焦油类、酚氰、NH3-N等污染物的含量高,而传统的处理工艺处理后水的各项污染物达不到排放标准,为此提出了CAF气浮除油-萃取-蒸氨-缺氧-好氧的污水综合处理新工艺,在治理污染的同时回收了焦油、粗笨酚、氨水等化工产品。应用表明,酚氰污水经新工艺处理后,出水完全可以达标排放或回收利用。
Because of high contents of the pollutants such as CODer, tar, phenol-cyanogen, NH3-N etc, the every pollutant of the water which is dealt with by traditional treatment process doesn' t reach the demand of the discharge standard. Therefore the new technology of waste water treatment is put forward, that is, CAF air-floating deoiling-extracting-distilling ammonia-anoxic-oxic process, the pollution is controlled, at the same time,the tar crude phenol and ammonia water etc are reclaimed. Applications show that the water dealt with by new technology can reach the demands of the standard completely or be reuse.
