浅谈医院感染研究的中介理论

从中介理论的方法，阐述了医院感染研究中的中介现象，提出了４个论点：医院感染专业人员是临床医学与医院感染学的中介；医院感染专业是临床医学与医院管理学的中介；医院感染管理是临床医学与预防医学的中介；专业人员在医院感染管理中的中介作用。本文借中介理论的观点来强化对医院感染的认识，以推进医院感染专业的发展。

This paper expanded the medium phenomena in study of hospital infection and araised the four viewpoints from medium theory. These are special staffs of hospital infection what is a medium between clinical hospital and hospital infection, that special field of hospital infection is a medium between clinical medicine and hospital manage, that the manage of hospital infection is a medium between clinical medicine and preventing medicine and that a medium effect of special staff is in manage of hospital infection. This paper explain away strengthen the understanding of hospital infection by a medium theory in order to promote the development of special field of hospital infection.
